ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Film-maker Tanvir Mokammel directs both feature and documentary films.
Swapnabhumi (The Promised Land) is his third major documentary looking at Bangladesh's social realities. The others are Teardrops of Karnaphuli and Bostrobalikara.
